What the service includes

The first hour of specialised labour is included in all three Sailornet subscriptions, within the limits and under the General Contract Conditions.

Any further activity, materials, special equipment or additional time not covered can be assessed separately.

Availability and safety

The intervention depends on the local availability of a diver and the ability to operate safely. Seabed, visibility, current, weather and sea conditions, and the boat's position may make it necessary to postpone or not carry out the operation.

How to request it

Contact the 24-hour Operations Centre or use the Sailornet App. Report the boat's position, the problem encountered and any information useful for assessing the intervention.
