24-Hour Operations Centre

The operator who takes the assistance request gathers the necessary information, checks the boat's position and coordinates the response network.

Operators manage the case for the full duration of the intervention, staying in contact with the customer and with whoever is handling the recovery. The availability of vessels, response times and how operations unfold depend on weather and sea conditions, the required authorisations and the local situation.

Assistance always with you

With the Sailornet App you can send a recovery or diver-dispatch request and share your position with the Operations Center more easily.
